Thank you for your consistency with the deep water aerobic class. You not only strengthen our bodies, but also improve our balance. I was absolutely amazed how I could persevere with three hikes on my vacation, and had very little shortness of breath! I guess I never realized how much my body was benefitting from our water exercise.
